Two floors of the new Monarch Center in Moscow were fit out as the new workspace for 257 employees. The 3,856 m2 space had to be entirely designed, documented, permitted and constructed within 3 months to accommodate the Owners aggressive move-in schedule. Under these extremely tight constraints, Energy Architecture deployed a remote team to work hands-on with the local design-build contractor to deliver the project on-time and in budget.
