Baker Hughes’ Corporate Office in Midland had morphed into three separate tenant locations over the years. In 2012 Energy was hired to consolidate these locations into a single corporate office. Working with the landlord and client and dividing the project into three phases allowed the team to complete the project quickly. The final space allowed for 73 office positions in 191 SF per person efficiency while including reception, conferencing and a break room.
