After initial review it was obvious the Baker Hughes Petrolite facility in Fairfield, TX was out dated and in need of additional space. Along with the Client, City of Fairfield and Fairfield Industrial Development Corporation, Energy Architecture programed, designed and coordinated the ground up project located along I-45.

In 2008 the first phase was completed and included a 5,500 SF office & shop, chemical truck parking and a 24 tank bulk chemical storage farm.

In 2012 the second phase was completed and included a build out of additional offices, drivers space, small samples lab, additional chemical truck parking, 12 more bulk tanks and 2 acres of contained concrete chemical storage yard.
