The Baker Hughes Chemical Transfer and Storage Facility consisted of the demolition of the existing non-code compliant building and the construction of a new 23,000 SF hazardous occupancy, fully contained bulk chemical storage warehouse and office. Due to the small footprint of the blending area and site constraints, a fully piped outdoor containment pond was created to meet the containment volume requirements.
