The Phase I building was designed as a comprehensive facility to house R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Testing Resources and an underground perforating flow laboratory.  Completed in 2009, the 13,775 sq ft facility has approximately 9,050 sq ft for R&D, testing and laboratory space.

The Phase II building (6,900 sq ft) was completed in early 2015 to manufacture explosive charges for Baker Hughes worldwide perforating and downhole packing/slow charge packing product lines.  In the first year of service, the manufacturing facility created over 1 million high-quality explosives for use and recently won the Tricia Appleton Award for Safety by the Institute of Makers of Explosives.
