The Center for Infrastructure Renewal will be a state-of-the-art engineering research facility that houses interdisciplinary research laboratories dedicated to improving the nation’s infrastructure. High bay and mid bay spaces will house specialized laboratories conducting cutting-edge research in smart grid technology, connected vehicle sensors and corrosion sciences.  This destination research laboratory will bolster the university’s ability to attract the best and brightest researchers.
