The TTI State Headquarters Building will be a statement headquarters building with dynamic research and office facilities that provides a highly creative and collaborative environment for advancing transportation research on a modern campus. The 190,000 SF, five-story building will house offices, workrooms, equipment rooms, meeting rooms and associated support spaces that showcase the agency’s research strengths and encourage industry partnerships.
The RELLIS Campus Infrastructure project will provide an infrastructure network to support the first phase of new buildings at the RELLIS campus. With over 2 miles of utility pathways, the project includes new roads, sanitary sewer extensions, storm drainage and new central utility loop. A new 15,000 SF central utility plant will be constructed to house boilers and chillers with the thermal storage tank adjacent to the building.
